Return Policy



Returns & Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase, conditions apply.  

Upon receiving your purchase, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns & Exchanges are only accepted with 30 days of purchase and with the following conditions.

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

2. Prior written authorization from the Seller to the Buyer is necessary for accepting products for repair or replacement. Once authorized, and following Seller's instructions, parts, materials, or products slated for replacement must be returned to the Seller within thirty days for assessment. 3. The Buyer must pay shipping for any returns to the seller using the most economical method available.

4. Products not listed in the Seller's current catalog, such as semi-custom or custom items with special markings or testing, may only be returned if covered by a prior written agreement between the Buyer and Seller, detailing return conditions and associated charges. In the absence of such an agreement, charges for returns will be 100%.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
